We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Market Research & Lead Generation Executive to identify potential business opportunities, research target markets, and generate qualified leads for the company's sales and business development team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting and analysing market information, identifying potential customers and business partners, maintaining accurate lead databases, and supporting the team with high-quality, verified leads. The role requires strong internet research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with potential prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential customers, businesses, industries, and new business opportunities.
Generate qualified leads through online research, business directories, social media, databases, referrals, and other available sources.
Research and collect relevant information about potential businesses, including contact details, decision-makers, business category, location, and other required information.
Verify and validate lead information before adding it to the company's database.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead, prospect, and market research records.
Identify relevant decision-makers and key contacts within target businesses.
Make initial contact with potential leads through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or other approved communication channels.
Understand basic customer requirements and qualify leads before passing them to the Business Development or Sales team.
Follow up with potential leads when required to collect additional information or schedule further discussions.
Monitor competitors, market trends, customer needs, and emerging business opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on leads generated, research completed, and lead conversion status.
Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to support customer acquisition targets.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and research targets.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience may be considered).
0–2 years of experience in market research, lead generation, telecalling, business development, inside sales, or a similar role.
Freshers with strong research, communication, and computer skills may also be considered.
Experience using Google Search, Google Maps, LinkedIn, business directories, Excel, CRM systems, or lead generation tools is preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; basic English communication and writing skills are an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data.
Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
